1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using InvitationVerse, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.
2. Your Content
You're responsible for everything you upload or enter into your invitation - names, dates, venue details, photos, videos, and music. Please only upload content you have the right to use, and make sure the wedding details you publish are ones you're comfortable sharing with anyone who has the link. You retain ownership of your content; we simply store and display it as part of providing the service.
3. Guest-Submitted Content
Guests may submit RSVP responses and written blessings on your invitation without creating an account. You're responsible for moderating this content on your own invitation, and we reserve the right to remove content that is abusive, unlawful, or violates these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
Please don't use InvitationVerse to publish anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing on someone else's rights. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts and invitations that violate this.
5. Third-Party Links & Services
Your invitation may link out to third-party services - for example, Google Maps for directions, or a music file you've linked to. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or policies of these third-party services.
6. No Warranty
InvitationVerse is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep it reliable, we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We recommend downloading or noting down important details (RSVP lists, guest messages) separately rather than relying on any single platform as your only record.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvitationVerse and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues related to event planning, guest communication, or data loss.
8. Account Termination
You may delete your invitations or stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
